Tom
Burns, Custom Builder, Real Estate Agent/Broker.
Tom Burns originally moved to Lake Havasu City with his
family fresh out of high school in 1979 from Milford,
Iowa. After attending a year and a half of college
Tom joined the Navy in 1981 and served aboard the USS Goldsborough,
a guided missile destroyer. During his 3 year tour
of duty stationed at Pearl Harbor Tom traveled to many
countries including Australia, Japan, The
Philippines, Hong Kong,
Guam and Korea and has maintained his love of travel
ever |

since.
After returning to Lake Havasu City in 1984 and began his career
in the real estate and new construction business following in
the footsteps of his parents. Tom started his career as a
real estate agent/broker but later discovered he enjoyed
building homes much more, so he began building spec houses as a
developer. After only a short time he realized building is
where he belonged so he secured his contractor's license.
In 1990 he incorporated as Tom Burns Realty and Development and
has since built more than 150 custom homes in Lake Havasu City.
Tom is quick to take care of any problems that occur during
construction and consequently has never had a complaint filed
against his license. Tom enjoys an excellent reputation as
a custom builder which he strives to maintain with each and
every home he builds. |
